Annual membership
Membership is required for entry and can be purchased at reception for 12 months.
Multi-day passes
Three-day and seven-day passes are available for visitors planning more than one visit.
Monthly unlimited
A one-month unlimited option is advertised for regular Neros visitors.

Locker, towel and shower gel
Reception provides a locker key, towel and shower gel when you check in.
Hot drinks, Wi-Fi and towel changes
Complimentary tea and coffee, free Wi-Fi, towel changes and same-day pass-outs are part of the visit.
Condoms and lubricant
Free condoms and lubricant are available through local health charity partnerships.
Entry policy
Membership, ID and Challenge 25
Membership is required for entry and can be purchased at reception. Neros operates Challenge 25, so bring valid ID if you may be asked to confirm you are over 18.
